The Foundation operates as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), and has a board of trustees who meet regularly to oversee operations and governance. Day to day operations are managed by our CEO.

Our Annual Grants programme aligns with our financial year starting in April. We therefore start our review around January by writing to supported charities and asking them to complete an application form – see how to apply. Replies will be reviewed by the board and decisions made by April, following which grants will be made.
